Are you looking for a new role in Agency Property Management? Our client is seeking a Property Manager to join their team based in Cambridge on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to provide efficient Lettings and Property Management support and deliver exceptional customer service to clients. You will be preparing advertisements, liaising with applicants, conducting viewings, and maintaining accurate records within internal systems, as well as providing management of the property portfolio for the landlord and tenants. This is a busy and varied role with over 100 properties on their books within a close radius of Cambridge and would suit someone who can work independently and can make this role their own.
Benefits include Monday - Friday only working with extremely rare requirements to work outside of normal hours, on-site free parking, therefore, a rare opportunity with a great work-life balance.
As a Property Manager, you will be:
- Ensuring properties are advertised to their best potential
- Carrying out property viewings and inventories
- Creating tenancy agreements and compiling the start-of-tenancy packs
- Registering and protecting deposit monies in line with scheme requirements and company procedures
- Organising and conducting management visits, liaising with maintenance teams and contractors to organise repairs and planned maintenance
- Liaising with landlords on a variety of queries
- Responding promptly to tenant queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Reviewing and implementing rent increases in accordance with company procedures
- Working to minimise void periods and maximise occupancy levels across the portfolio
- Carrying out End of Tenancy processes
As a Property Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience in lettings or property management
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
