This is a pivotal role where you will act as the business owner’s "right-hand person," overseeing daily operations and leading a small, dedicated team.

As the Operations Supervisor you will be:
- Overseeing and motivating a small, close-knit team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and a positive work environment is maintained.
