Known for their precision and commitment to excellence, our client is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to act as the vital link between their global clients, field service teams, and internal finance departments. This is a "full-circle" operational role. You aren’t just processing tickets; you are managing complex order lifecycles, navigating intricate supply chain data (MRP), and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-value parts and services.

As the Service Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Customer Journey and will be involved in:

  • Technical Order Management: Oversee the full order lifecycle for products and services using SAP and Salesforce.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage parts ordering for field engineers and customers, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and stock management tasks.
  • Data Stewardship: Maintain and enrich the integrity of databases.
  • Financial Collaboration: Work closely with the Financial Controller to manage stock, demo inventory, and returns.
  • Service Triage: Manage inbound enquiries across all channels (Phone, Email, Chat), providing expert triaging for service calls and technical requests.
  • Process Administration: Handle all shipping logistics, returns, and ad-hoc administrative duties to keep the operation running at peak efficiency.
