As the Legal Secretary, you will be:
- Audio typing – (digital dictation)
- Answering telephone, signing for deliveries from couriers/Royal Mail
- Administrative duties – adding deadlines to system, uploading data to client records
- Post, processing, scanning to client files, and add deadlines where necessary
- Photocopying
- Booking UPS couriers – when required, franking mail
As the Legal Secretary, you will have:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work with a range of Fee Earners
