Our Client, a well established and successful business, is going through a very exciting period in their business and are looking for a HR Manager. You will be the go-to HR professional for a diverse workforce spanning production.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end hiring: Lead hiring across various departments and roles, delivering a seamless candidate experience and effective onboarding that sets people up for success.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, handling ER matters across all levels with confidence, fairness, and sound judgment.
- Talent Management: Identify high-potential individuals, assess skill gaps, and implement development plans that support career progression and business growth.
- Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline HR operations, enhance policies, and introduce efficiencies that benefit the wider organisation.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the Head of HR and leadership team to align people initiatives with business objectives, bringing fresh thinking and forward-looking ideas to the table.
As the HR Manager you will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
