Accounting Product Owner in Cambridge

Are you an experienced Practice Accountant looking to step away from day-to-day accountancy work and move into a fully remote Accounting Product Owner role? If so, our client, who has a well-established business in the UK, is seeking a Practice Accountant to join their team as they enter a new phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience gained in Practice, particularly with workpaper content, and who brings high level Excel skills, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and workpaper optimisation. You will play a key role in shaping a software solution designed specifically for Accountancy Practices. As the Accounting Product Owner, you will be: * Lead on workpaper content delivery * Liaising with the development team * Liaising with clients and prospective clients * Create complex formulas and analyse data in workpapers * Work with stakeholders at given times of process and record accurately * Endure legislative changes are complied with As the Accounting Product Owner, you will have: * ACA or ACCA qualification * Practice experience is a must particularly with workpapers * Current knowledge of UK Reporting standards * Excel and accounting software advanced skills * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities * The ability to work independently with appropriate support If you feel that the Accounting Product Owner role is for you, then please contact us.
