Due to expansion, our client is looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and vibrant firm where you will get the chance to work in a part-time role over 3 days a week or during school hours.

As the Accounts Assistant, you will be providing financial accounting and administrative support for the Accounts team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices and collecting deposits
  • Maintaining customer information
  • Reconciling statements and invoices
  • Office filing and keeping records up to date
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Responding to any calls and emails from customers

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Comfort with using Microsoft packages like Excel and Sage
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
