We are working with a growing software consultancy with strengths in product, Microsoft and bespoke development. This role will encompass both Project Manager and Scrum Master responsibilities to support the successful delivery of projects, guiding teams through both the Discovery Phase and the full agile delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as either a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master within an agile delivery environment.
- Ability to lead discovery or early-phase project activities.
- Experience supporting teams through the full agile delivery lifecycle.
- Some formal (AgilePM, Scrum Master) training or Agile Certification (AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner, Scrum Master Certification, or equivalent).
- Warm, friendly, energetic and collaborative working style with a focus on team empowerment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., designers, developers, product owners, analysts).
- Knowledge of additional delivery frameworks (Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc.).
