Our growing client is a rapidly growing software company. This is a new permanent role for additional Business Analysts to join their fast-paced, Agile Product team. In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives and user needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will also ensure the delivery of requirements resulting in high value outcomes with positive experiences for end user customers.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences.
- Break down complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes that align with product goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver roadmap objectives.
Qualifications
- 2+ yearsβ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in a software development environment.
- User persona and journey mapping with visualisation tools such as Miro or Mural.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in the Financial Services sector.
