About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of regional field, channel, and event marketing initiatives across the UK&I. This role plays a critical part in delivering integrated campaigns and events by coordinating logistics, enabling strong partner participation, and ensuring smooth execution from planning through post‑program reporting. Working closely with Field Marketing Managers, Channel partners, Sales, and Marketing Operations, this role supports a unified Field + Channel Marketing model, where partners are embedded into go‑to‑market execution to drive scale, impact, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of regional field marketing programs and events by assisting with timelines, logistics, and day‑to‑day coordination.
- Assist with integrating channel partners into marketing initiatives, including co‑hosted events and joint campaigns, and coordinating partner participation and materials.
- Help manage in‑person and virtual event logistics, including vendor communication, registrations, on‑site or virtual support, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Support marketing campaigns across digital and field channels by coordinating social activity, content assets, and maintaining marketing systems and databases.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign and event performance, ensuring activities are set up correctly for follow‑up and reporting.
- Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, asset and inventory management, purchase order processing, and supporting content creation and live event coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, field marketing, or event support.
- Hands‑on experience supporting campaigns and events in a B2B environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Hootsuite, or Canva.
- Fluent English; Additional language skills (such as Dutch, German, or Nordic languages) are a strong advantage.
