You will be instrumental in scaling our organization across all regions. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner to the business, managing the fullâcycle recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. What You'll Do
- Manage the endâtoâend recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across technical and nonâtechnical teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success).
- Act as a strategic partner and talent advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices from the initial role kickâoff to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, highâcaliber candidates.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a positive and professional interaction with Exabeam.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate progression and report on key hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes and strengthening our employer brand.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of fullâcycle recruiting experience, ideally within a highâgrowth technology or SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for a diverse set of corporate functions (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, G&A).
- Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence hiring managers.
- Experience managing a busy pipeline of roles in a dynamic, fastâpaced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite is a strong plus.
- A passion for building great teams and a commitment to providing a bestâinâclass candidate experience.
- Prior agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
