We are looking for an experienced and visionary Practice Director to define and drive our SAP and non-SAP solutions within the area of HR Operations, Payroll, and Time. This is a strategic role responsible for shaping and maintaining the EX3 Model Company, driving innovation, and ensuring the value proposition of our solutions meets market needs.
You will act as the global owner for your functional area, collaborating across geographies and business units to deliver consistent and scalable solutions. This role requires a mix of strategic leadership, solution design expertise, and strong people management skills to grow and develop a high-performing team. In your role as practice area lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that EX3 is enabled to deliver high-quality implementation services and solutions within your practice area.
- Solution Definition and Ownership
- Own the definition, development, and maintenance of our SAP and non-SAP solutions within the functional area.
- Act as the global owner, ensuring consistency and scalability across all geographies.
- Define and maintain the Model Company framework for your area, where applicable, ensuring alignment with business and market needs.
- Subject Matter Expertise and Innovation
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any strategic partnerships within your area.
- Act as a Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving innovation and continuous improvement of documentation, methodology, and project approach.
- Ensure the value proposition of the solution meets the current and future needs of the market.
- Demonstrate an appetite and ability to stay ahead of market trends in your functional area.
- Actively engage with industry peers and attend events to stay ahead of developments in your functional area.
- Provide thought leadership by creating and promoting content related to your area of expertise.

- Collaborate with other practice leads and business units to ensure solutions are designed around client needs.
- Act as the key escalation point for complex delivery challenges within your area.
- Ensure alignment with overall business and client objectives.
- Knowledge Management and Documentation
- Establish and maintain functional documentation aligned with company methodology.
- Ensure consistent use of templates and best practices across all project teams.
- Sales Support and Pre-Sales Validation
- Support the sales team and delivery managers during pre-sales, ensuring the proposed solution design and resource estimates are accurate and achievable.
- Provide input into proposals and RFP responses to strengthen the overall solution offering.

Education and Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution design and delivery within SAP or related functional areas.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a consulting or solution delivery environment.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP and non-SAP platforms relevant to your practice area.
- Strong experience in global project delivery and complex solution management.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
- Excellent understanding of HR, payroll, or industry-specific business processes.
