Role Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to represent EX NIHILO within HARRODS Knightsbridge in London. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a distinguished level of service that reflects the elegance and creativity of the EX NIHILO universe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalised client experiences consistent with EX NIHILO’s luxury service standards.
- Develop deep product knowledge to communicate the brand’s story, craftsmanship, and olfactory identity.
- Build lasting client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
