Trainee Lift Engineers – Farnborough – salary £30,000–35,000 + benefits. Our client, established for over 30 years, is recruiting Trainee Engineers to join their expanding team. After initial training and development, candidates can progress to more senior roles such as Technician, Repair Engineer, Service Engineer, Installation Engineer, or other specialisms within the sector.
At the basic level, a solid engineering foundation is required. Electrical experience is desirable but not essential; those with electrical experience may progress faster.
Training and Development
After a six‑month training period, trainees are specialised into one of the engineering roles mentioned above.
