Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge in civil engineering?
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee day-to-day activities on plot works schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Assess environmental impact and risks associated with projects
Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements
Monitor progress, manage materials, and ensure technical compliance
Prepare detailed weekly programmes, progress reports, and variation reports
Manage site resources, ensuring timely delivery of works
Support project planning, design, and management
Maintain exceptional levels of customer care and communication
What We’re Looking For:
️ Experience in new build plot sector within civil engineering (£100k – £4M project values)
️ CSCS Gold Card (minimum)
️ 5-day Site Managers Safety Certificate
️ First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable)
️ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Project
️ Full, clean UK driving licence
️ Candidate would need to have experience in plotworks up to DPC .
