Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist (190jc) – Kidderminster – £40 – 50k + Benefits

Are you a high-performing fulfilment pro who thrives under pressure and takes pride in getting things done no matter what?

My client is looking for a Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to take full ownership of dispatching their premium products at one of the fastest-growing sports memorabilia brands in the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesn’t clock out until the job is done. You will initially own the entire logistics and fulfilment operation yourself & as the business grows, this position will evolve into a team to which you\’d be expected to lead.

You’ll be responsible for making sure our world-class products are picked, packed, and delivered fast, accurately, and on time. Expect early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when needed they move quickly, and so should you.

The Role
• Prepare, process & dispatch all customer orders accurately & on time to meet delivery deadlines
• Uphold quality standards, focusing on security, presentation & the condition of every item dispatched
• Liaise with customer service, framing & sales teams to quickly resolve any order or delivery issues
• Push beyond regular hours when needed to ensure urgent orders & high volumes are handles without delays
• Support other departments such as framing, goods-in as needed dependent on business demands
