Site Maintenance Engineer â City of London â circa ÂŁ35k + Overtime + Pension
Are you a handsâon problem solver with a strong sense of duty and pride in your work? My client is looking for a Site Maintenance Engineer to join their team supporting dayâtoâday office and facilities maintenance across their London City locations.
What you'll be doing:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Routine office checks (lighting, emergency lighting, PIRs, access control)
- Tap temperature and leak detection checks
- Distribution board checks
- Fire door and fire curtain testing
- Using their online maintenance portal (PrimeHub)
- Reactive Maintenance & General Tasks
- Replacing FCU fans, actuators, fan speed cards
- Investigating and repairing sockets, switches, and desk power
- Light fitting and emergency lighting repairs (ballast and battery replacement)
- Monitoring BMS systems (FCUs, AHUs, extract fans, filters)
- General handyman duties (hanging boards, replacing taps/TMVs, small repairs)
As well as:
- Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and building teams
- Supporting the ongoing development of the business
- Opportunity for weekend overtime

In return they are offering a starting salary circa ÂŁ35k, a 40âhour week which will include Saturdays with a day off in the week, 20 days + 8 bank holidays (rising to 25 days with service), autoâenrolment into the company pension scheme, and branded company uniform.
