Mission - As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be on the front line of network defence and performance — ensuring system uptime, responding rapidly to incidents, and strengthening the backbone of the company’s digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyse, and maintain network performance and availability.
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents — escalating when necessary.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation and operational readiness.
  • Assist with configuration, patching, and upgrades of network devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver secure, reliable connectivity.
  • Participate in the 24/7 support rota (where applicable).

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in network operations, NOC, or similar technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching.
  • Experience using enterprise-level monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a calm, logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Clear, confident communication — written and verbal.
  • Adaptable, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic situations.
  • Organised and mission-focused with the drive to see every task through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Basic scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell).
  • Exposure to cybersecurity monitoring.
