Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, fast-track construction projects across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and advanced manufacturing. Working closely with a Project Director, you will play a central role in driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring programme, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced project environments and are comfortable taking ownership within high-performance teams.

You will support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day project delivery activities
  • Manage programme, budget, and quality performance
  • Support MEP coordination and technical delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners
  • Maintain project schedules and delivery milestones
  • Manage project risks and early warning processes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure project controls and delivery standards are consistently achieved

  • Strong experience delivering projects within complex construction environments
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and supply chains
