New Meaning Training is seeking a Lead Tutor (Sports) to join our Reading centre in Berkshire.
You will oversee the Sports pathway, support tutors and staff, and deliver practical sport-based sessions to help learners progress toward adulthood, employment and independence.
You will build trust with learners, manage SEND/SEMH needs, plan sessions and monitor progress, while contributing to CPD.
Training can be provided, and a teaching/tutoring qualification is helpful.
