Electrical Engineer vacancy in London (200DM)

Our client is now accepting applications for an Electrical Engineer to join their Site In Central London (accommodation provided).

They are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation. As they are experiencing significant growth in the UK Market this position is an excellent opportunity for Engineering Professionals to join a growing business where there is fantastic career progression.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing method statements and risk assessments (with the construction team) for production activities;
  2. Prepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off and tender schedules;
  3. Prepare technical and contract documentation for issues and analysing returned tenders;
  4. Keeping up to date with the delivery schedule to control deliveries;
  5. Seeking to clarify queries with the Design team through a request for information (RFI) system;
  6. Monitor progress against the program and issue progress reports;
  7. Producing look ahead programs to assist production;
  8. Carrying out Quality Control through inspections and snagging;
  9. Carrying out document control, recording & transmitting information.

Qualifications/Experience required:

  1. Experience and knowledge of UK Electrical Regulations 18th Edition;
  2. Certified Electrical Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline;
  3. Experience in a similar role;
  4. Experience in Data Centre, Commercial, Laboratory or Retail projects would be an advantage;
  5. Be resilient under pressure.
