Role Purpose: Lead stakeholder engagement activities across Communities of Practice and Communities of Interest to gather insights, support adoption of standards and guidance, and facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engagement with CoPs, CoIs, and key stakeholder groups.
  • Capture lessons learned, feedback, and emerging issues.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and consultation activities.
  • Support validation of policies, standards, and governance changes.
  • Produce communications, engagement materials, and briefing packs.
  • Promote adoption of AI, Data, and Information Management standards.
  • Track stakeholder feedback and report trends and recommendations.
  • Support continuous improvement of community guidance and standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships across technical and business communities.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple engagement activities.
  • Must have SC clearance.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting Communities of Practice.
  • Knowledge of AI, data, or information management disciplines.
  • Change management or communications experience.

Location: Base location will be Corsham - Expected 1 day per week at either Abbey Wood or London.
