Role Purpose
Support the development of policies, standards, governance frameworks, and business processes for AI, Data, and Information Management through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business architecture practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and analyse insights from Communities of Practice and stakeholder groups.
- Identify business capability gaps, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct impact assessments relating to privacy, ethics, risk, and operational delivery.
- Translate strategic objectives into business policies, standards, processes, and guidance.
- Produce business architecture artefacts including capability maps, operating models, and process designs.
- Support development and maintenance of governance frameworks.
- Work with enterprise architects to align business and technical approaches.
- Validate proposed changes with business stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Governance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing policies, standards, or business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business language.
- Must have SC clearance.
Desirable
- Knowledge of AI governance and data management.
- Experience of operating model design.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Location
Base location will be Corsham - Expected 1 day per week at either Abbey Wood or London.
