We're looking for a proactive HSEQ Advisor to support operations across two industrial sites, helping drive a strong Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality culture while ensuring compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards.
The Role
- Carry out internal HSEQ audits and support external audits.
- Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
- Manage permits, licences and compliance records.
- Deliver safety briefings and promote best practice.
- Keep up to date with HSEQ legislation and implement improvements.
- Support continuous improvement across site operations.
About You
- Experience in a HSEQ, SHEQ or Health & Safety role.
- Good knowledge of UK H&S and Environmental legislation.
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, hands-on and able to work across multiple sites.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Experience working with Natural Resources Wales is desirable but not essential.
