Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead the resident operational, maintenance and support team and associated subcontractors. Manage daily priorities, resource allocation and competing demands across planned maintenance, reactive works, projects and customer requests. Maintain an integrated operational plan covering resources, access, outages, dependencies, work controls and delivery risks. Lead operational meetings and ensure actions are tracked through to completion. Provide leadership during incidents, service disruption and periods of high demand.
