We are recruiting at multiple levels for a rapidly growing Defence technology consultancy. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.

Solution Architect - £65k–£80k

For engineers, technologists and technical professionals with around 2–5 years' experience looking to develop into Solution Architecture. You'll translate customer and operational requirements into secure, practical technical solutions across systems integration, cloud, networks, data, cyber and high-assurance environments.

Senior Solution Architect - £80k–£90k

For experienced Solution Architects and technical professionals ready to take greater ownership of solution design and delivery. You'll work across architecture, integration, security and technical governance, engaging customers and multidisciplinary teams to shape robust technical solutions.

Principal Solution Architect - £90k–£120k

For experienced architects and senior technical professionals providing architectural leadership across complex, secure and mission-critical programmes, with responsibility for technical direction, assurance, governance and senior stakeholder engagement.

We welcome applications from Solution Architects, Senior/Principal Architects, Systems Engineers, Cyber/Technology professionals, Engineers and Defence specialists. Relevant experience could include Solution Architecture, Systems Engineering, Systems Integration, Cyber Security, Networks & Communications, Software, Data, Technical Governance, Requirements or Secure/Classified Systems.

Service Leavers and Veterans are particularly encouraged to apply. You don't need to have held the exact job title. Experience gained through Defence, military engineering, communications, operational planning, systems, cyber, information management, capability development, technical delivery or complex operational environments can provide highly transferable skills.

If you're used to understanding complex requirements, managing risk and constraints, bringing people and technology together, and delivering outcomes in demanding environments, we'd like to hear from you.
