We are delighted to have been instructed by a client to search for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth individual.
This role requires a Private Senior PA of significant seniority, expertise and gravitas, capable of taking full ownership of the Principal’s affairs, instilling complete confidence that duties are handled to the highest possible standard.
The successful candidate will have substantial prior experience as a Private PA in a comparable environment and will operate as a trusted agent, anticipating needs and managing multiple priorities seamlessly.
The ideal candidate will come from a senior commissioned or senior warrant-level background, with a track record of managing people, budgets, assets, and sensitive information in high-pressure environments. Exceptional candidates from other ranks with demonstrably equivalent experience will also be considered.
Key duties include:
- Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Manage complex personal and business diaries, email inboxes, travel, and logistics.
- Coordinate itineraries, packing/unpacking, and household provisioning.
- Office & Business Management
- Maintain organised archives and manage business correspondence.
- Liaise with lawyers, solicitors, and external contractors.
- Monitor staff compliance with internal protocols.
- Staff & Household Management
- Plan and oversee staff schedules, rotas, attendance, and annual leave.
- Lead weekly staff meetings and coordinate security, chefs, and household teams.
- Finance & Budget Oversight
- Prepare and manage budgets, control expenditure, and obtain competitive quotes.
- Review invoices, salaries, expenses, bank statements, direct debits, and vehicle logs.
- Coordinate tax submissions and manage accounting liaison (including Italy).
- Property & Asset Management
- Oversee maintenance and payments for multiple properties.
- Review rental applications and income.
- Ensure full functionality of IT, AV, and smart-home systems.
- Vehicle Management
- Oversee maintenance, insurance, and MOTs for corporate and classic vehicles.
- Art, Wine & Inventory Oversight
- Maintain inventories for art, wine, candles, and household stock.
- Liaise with auction houses for valuations.
- Wellness, Supplements & Health Coordination
- Manage supplement and medication protocols, inventory, and sourcing.
- Oversee biohacking equipment and personal care inventories.
- Schedule and coordinate health, fitness, and wellness practitioners and logistics.
