Our client, who deliver a comprehensive selection of products and practical solutions in the landscaping, ground maintenance, fleet management, agriculture and farming, across the UK and Ireland, are looking for a Sales Administrator, Technical Parts.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.

They require someone to come on board to assist customers with identifying required parts and equipment through the use of online manuals and exploded diagrams.

Working on your own initiative and as part of a team you will be expected to ensure a smooth operation by working in an efficient manner, achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring the company delivers the service as promised. Providing parts sales support to the sales teams, service centres, dealer network and end user customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide parts advice to dealers, service centres and end user customers as required to meet their needs, internal and external fairly, efficiently and with courtesy at all times, with a view to maintaining a good relationship between the Company and its customers.
  • Identifying specific machinery and system components using electronic parts catalogue and exploded parts diagrams.
  • Process sales orders through the ERP system and deal with all enquiries, orders and queries received (written/telephone/verbal), quickly and efficiently, providing a good service at all times.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • An eye for detail, accuracy and data entry.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • It would be an advantage to possess a background in agricultural or grounds machinery and parts sales.
  • Beneficial to have some knowledge of grounds care maintenance or equivalent knowledge in a similar field such as HGV or the motor industry.
