Revit Modeller (193jc) β Fully Remote (occasional meetings in Reading area) – Β£30 -35k per annum We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Revit Modeller to create accurate, coordinated 3D models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit. This role works closely with architects, engineers, and project teams, translating design information into clear, buildable documentation. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY. THIS WILL BE FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT, WITH POSSIBILITY TO GO PERMANENT. This opportunity is ideal for those with a military background who are used to precision, following standards, and delivering results under pressure. If youβre comfortable working within structured processes, can problem-solve on the go, and take pride in producing reliable work, this role will give you the chance to apply those skills in the civilian construction and design sector. Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed Revit models and construction drawings across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and project compliance. * Produce construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and technical details. * Update models to reflect as-built conditions using site surveys, laser scans, or redlined drawings. * Follow established industry standards for modelling, documentation, and file management. * Keep skills current with the latest Revit features and BIM practices. Qualifications & Skills * Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (architectural, structural, or MEP) or similar. * Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and design principles. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and develop them into construction-ready outputs. * Experience with Navisworks, Civil 3D, Rhino, or Dynamo is an advantage.
