Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) activities within a specialist aviation environment. This is a leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering production outputs across multiple work centres. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high quality and safety standards, and lead teams to achieve delivery targets. This position is well suited to ex-military personnel with experience in engineering, logistics, operations, or maintenance environments, particularly those accustomed to structured processes, leadership responsibility, and performance-driven delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
