Requirements

- Experience in Defence, national security, secure communications, cyber, intelligence or critical infrastructure is particularly valuable.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, technical delivery, project management or a related discipline.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience gathering and prioritising requirements.
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience working alongside technical or engineering teams.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Curiosity, commercial awareness and motivation to solve customer problems.
- Genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn; familiarity with cloud-based environments is beneficial.
- Relevant experience may include Defence Digital, secure communications, cyber, intelligence, technical delivery, capability development, requirements, systems integration or product ownership.
- SC Clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer problems and translate them into valuable product solutions.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, scope and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain product direction, priorities and roadmap.
- Balance customer, technical and business priorities.
- Ensure delivered functionality addresses the original customer need.
- Communicate product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership of the product area and identify opportunities to improve it.
