A leading independent UK foundation testing specialist is looking for Pile Static Load Test Engineers to join their growing team in Nottingham. The company operates nationwide, working with major contractors and using state-of-the-art automated testing systems.
This is an excellent fit for former military personnel, who do not want to be stuck behind a desk all week and who are happy to be away from home Monday to Friday and who are seeking to learn a new career.
What You’ll Do- Operate and manage static load testing equipment on construction and infrastructure sites.
- Drive and manage specialist HGV 2 vehicles fitted with lorry-mounted cranes for site operations.
- Set up and conduct tests using industry-leading automated systems.
- Liaise with site agents and colleagues to confirm test details and ensure accurate data collection.
- Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times.
- Full training provided including hands-on experience with cutting-edge TITAN automated testing equipment.
- Regular support, mentoring and annual professional development reviews.
- Site subsistence and hotel accommodation for overnight work.
- Competitive salary of up to £36k with a £6k incentive which is paid at £500 per month bonus which equates to time keeping, and equipment damages.
