Our client is looking for someone to step into their Client Delivery role. You will take full ownership of recruitment mandates across high‑growth, VC‑backed SaaS businesses and executive search partners. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.
Responsibilities
- Leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes from brief to placement
- Partnering directly with senior stakeholders (VP Sales, CROs, Founders, Managing Partners)
- Identifying, engaging, and assessing high‑performing GTM talent (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders) as well as executive‑level candidates
- Delivering both retained and contingent searches (typical fees 20–25% of base salary)
- Building and running your own desk as a commercial unit, with full accountability for performance and revenue
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years’ professional experience (military background highly valued for leadership, resilience, and ownership mindset)
- Someone motivated to build a long‑term career in a performance‑driven environment
- Comfortable working autonomously while maintaining high standards
- Commercially astute, personable and competitive by nature
- Degree not required; they prioritise work ethic, capability and results

- 30‑person team across London and Warsaw
