Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, fast-track construction projects across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and advanced manufacturing.
Working closely with a Project Director, you will play a central role in driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring programme, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced project environments and are comfortable taking ownership within high-performance teams.
The Role
You will support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day project delivery activities
- Managing programme, budget, and quality performance
- Supporting MEP coordination and technical delivery
- Coordinating subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Maintaining project schedules and delivery milestones
- Managing project risks and early warning processes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring project controls and delivery standards are consistently achieved
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering projects within complex construction environments
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and supply chains
- Understanding of commercial and contractual responsibilities
