The Role

  • Lead site engineering activities to maximise plant availability, improve reliability and ensure safe working practices across a busy manufacturing environment.
  • Leading Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams.
  • Developing and driving preventative maintenance strategies (PPM).
  • Improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
  • Managing engineering resources, contractors and spares.
  • Supporting production operations through effective engineering leadership.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects and asset performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • You may already be a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Team Leader or Senior Engineer ready for the next step.
  • Engineering leadership experience.
  • Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering backgrounds.
  • Experience working in operational, industrial or high-pressure environments.
  • Strong fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience leading teams and managing priorities.
  • Engineering apprenticeship, military technical training or equivalent.
