Our client is seeking Aircraft Technicians to support a King Air maritime patrol operation based in Malta. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing aviation organisation at an early stage, supporting specialist surveillance operations. This role is particularly well suited to ex‑military aircraft technicians and engineers looking to transition into a civilian aviation environment while continuing to work on operational aircraft.
Ideal Ex‑Military Background
- RAF Aircraft Technicians / Avionics / Mechanical Trades
- Royal Navy Air Engineering Technicians (AETs)
- Army Air Corps / REME Aviation Technicians
- Personnel with experience on multi‑engine turboprop platforms
- Those with experience in operational, deployed, or maritime aviation environments
If you are currently working towards your licence, you are still encouraged to apply.

- Experience working on King Air aircraft (highly desirable)
- Holding or working towards: UK CAA Licence, EASA Licence
