OPERATIONS MANAGER vacancy in Bridgewater- Hinkley Point (288DM) We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide senior on-site operational leadership at Hinkley Point C. The role is responsible for the safe, compliant and effective delivery of engineering, maintenance, support and operational activities. You will lead the resident site team, coordinate planned and reactive works, manage customer relationships, allocate resources and ensure operational commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. The role has significant responsibility for operational readiness, workforce performance, service delivery, subcontractor coordination, risk management and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead the resident operational, maintenance and support team and associated subcontractors. Manage daily priorities, resource allocation and competing demands across planned maintenance, reactive works, projects and customer requests. Maintain an integrated operational plan covering resources, access, outages, dependencies, work controls and delivery risks. Lead operational meetings and ensure actions are tracked through to completion. Provide leadership during incidents, service disruption and periods of high demand.
