Key Responsibilities
- Achieve DMA exit levels
- Interact with UU and dig team agents
- Have a good understanding of reading a DMA map
- Interact with customers and explain any procedures needed to complete work on private land
- Maintain good timekeeping and good housekeeping with tools and equipment
- Use GARD (smartphone system) to deliver all feedback for commercial and, where necessary, reinstatement feedback
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in leakage detection
- Competent in Conventional sounding, Leak noise correlation, Ground microphone, Cat and generator, Customer liaison
- A valid EUSR water hygiene certificate
- Unit 2 sign, lighting and guarding accreditation will also be an advantage
