Who are we:
EWT Systems, founded in 2025, is a Dutch headquartered manufacturer and supplier of sub megawatt wind turbines, building further on a 20-year track record of the DirectWind family of wind turbines, of which more than 700 are deployed worldwide. Our wind turbines are predominantly used to provide localised on- and off-grid solutions for customers, spanning industry, agriculture, water utilities, investment funds, communities and landowners.
In Amersfoort we assemble rotor hubs, nacelles, power converters and control systems. In our factory in Enschede we produce the rotor blades for our turbines. This is the only production location for rotor blades in the Netherlands. The blades are made of glass fibre reinforced epoxy, a composite material.
At EWT Systems we believe in distributed energy generation, enabling consumers, businesses and communities to reliably produce electricity in accordance with needs, fostering local energy autonomy. Our mission is to provide high-quality wind turbines with the highest possible economic gain (energy savings/energy generation income) within the growing world of distributed energy.
We strongly believe that our success in the world market for wind energy is powered by our most valuable assets: our talented and motivated employees. Due to our ambitious strategy we have several career opportunities for professionals whose sense of commitment, motivation and innovation, as well as technical excellence, equals our own.
We are looking for people who are flexible, creative, with a problem-solving attitude, who show initiative and who co-operate well with colleagues in an international setting.
