The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded marketer to join our team at Tucasi. You will play a pivotal role in driving our existing brand forward and launching new products to market. Shaping everything from go-to-market strategy and lead generation to messaging, positioning, and campaign execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and lead full-funnel marketing activity across both account-based and inbound marketing, and product marketing. We want someone who can delve into AI to help build out a marketing tech stack, with the opportunity to test, learn and build out an AI marketing function to drive results. If you are looking for a high-impact role where your work will shape the future of a SaaS business, we would love to hear from you.

- Own pipeline generation targets and measure CAC, ROI, LTV, and conversion metrics
- Build out the strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across email, SEO, content, social, and events
- Drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the funnel with targeted campaigns and marketing automation
- Create and own a best-in-class, AI-enabled marketing tech stack to enable efficiency and scalability
- Report on marketing performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly (e.g., MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI)
Experience:
- 3+ years in a B2B SaaS company
- Stepping into your first marketing manager role
- Proven experience in delivering marketing results and ROI
- Experience designing and implementing a marketing tech stack
- Knowledge of AI-powered tools for automation, analytics, and content
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing
- Proven success in developing and delivering demand generation campaigns
