- Customer Success
- Ensure customers achieve maximum value from Jonas Software's products and services.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, escalating and resolving issues via the right internal teams.
- Gather structured customer feedback and feed it into the product roadmap, helping prioritise customer-driven enhancements and supporting pilot programmes with select clubs.
- Turn satisfied customers into long-term advocates and reference customers.
- Track and report on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Develop partnerships across governing bodies, clubs, and sports organisations to expand Jonas Software's network within professional sport.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with third-party organisations that support growth.
- Represent Jonas Software at industry trade shows and networking events.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites across the UK as required.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Good technical/commercial understanding of how software creates value for clients.
- Personal Characteristics
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under target pressure.
- Strong customer service mindset — genuinely curious about client challenges, not just the sale.
- Consultative approach: able to diagnose needs before proposing solutions with a clear ROI.
- Comfortable operating across BD, account management, and internal advocacy simultaneously.
- Professional integrity and persistence.
