Ewing Somerville Partnership is a leading Construction Cost Consultant providing Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Employer\’s Agent and CDM 2015 services in Scotland.
The successful applicant will be responsible for taking the lead on a range of projects within the Social Housing Sector, including New Build, Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and providing Procurement Services and advice to Clients.
Requirements:
• MRICS or currently working towards full membership. (The company has two APC Assessors who will assist with the APC process)
• A minimum of five years pre and post-contract experience as a Consultant / Contractor
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficient in the preparation of Bills of Quantities
• Preparation of Tender Documentation
• Issuing Payment Notices and Cost Reports
• Attending Client meetings
