This is a full-time, on-site role located in Derby. The Program Manager will oversee client programs, ensuring alignment with cost-reduction goals, method improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing product inventory, analyzing data for continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Program Manager will also oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and achieving program objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor negotiations in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Experienced in cutting tools and abrasives.
- HNC/HND in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing (preferred).
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and project management software is a plus.
