Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring costs, timelines, and budgets are effectively controlled from project initiation through to handover.
- Direct and manage the performance of subcontractors, suppliers, and external consultants to support successful project execution.
- Monitor key project milestones and programme activities, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to avoid delays.
- Assess construction tenders, commercial proposals, and scope requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Chair and coordinate client-facing meetings, stakeholder reviews, and project progress sessions.
- Track market and project-specific cost drivers, providing detailed reporting, analysis, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Apply expertise in procurement strategies and oversee the scheduling and delivery of critical long-lead materials and equipment.
- Examine and verify cost plans, quotations, and estimates submitted by subcontractors and project partners to ensure accuracy and value.
