We are hiring ambitious professionals with 1–2 years' recruitment experience to join our London team as an International Recruitment Consultant.

This is not an HR or Talent Acquisition role.

This is a fast-paced, commercial sales career where you will build client relationships, win business, negotiate deals and work with senior professionals across the global infrastructure market.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building relationships with international clients and candidates
  • Transitioning from candidate delivery into a full 360 recruitment / sales role
  • Developing new business across global markets
  • Managing recruitment processes for major engineering projects
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and salaries
  • Headhunting senior professionals within renewable energy and infrastructure
  • Working towards sales targets and commission goals
  • Becoming a specialist within a high-growth global market
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years’ experience in candidate resourcing, delivery, or screening roles
  • Exposure to agency recruitment or high-volume hiring environments
  • Commercially minded individuals looking to move into a sales-focused role
  • Competitive personalities with strong communication skills
  • People motivated by progression, performance and high earnings
  • Individuals ready to take ownership of their own market and desk

Language skills are advantageous but not essential, particularly

German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, French, Spanish or Italian.
