Our Data Centre team has rapidly become one of the most successful divisions in the business, delivering permanent recruitment solutions across Europe. Due to increasing client demand for freelance solutions, we are investing in a dedicated freelance leader to work alongside the existing team and develop this further.

- A successful permanent Data Centre team embedded across key European markets.
- Dedicated Internal Mobility, Compliance, Legal, and Back Office support teams for Freelance.
- Internall Payroll functions for Freelance. (Pay contractors on a bi-weekly basis).
This means you'll be building a freelance offering, using our existing platform.
The opportunity could suit an established Data Centre Contract Recruiter who wants to use a bigger platform and back office support or to focus on international markets. Or an experienced 360 Contract Recruiter from an adjacent industry who wants to break into the Data Centre sector.
The Role
- Lead EWI's European Data Centre freelance offering.
- Work closely with the existing permanent team to maximise opportunities for new business.
- Develop contractor and client relationships..
- Help shape the future structure and direction of the European International Freelance Division.
Requirements
- 2+ years' in International Freelance, Data Centre Freelance or Adjacent industries.
- 4+ Years Recruitment Experience overall.
- Proven track record of contractor placements and contractor revenue generation.
- Strong business development and account management capabilities.
- Leadership experience, or the ambition to move into a leadership position.
