We're seeking ambitious, driven, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Graduate International Recruitment Consultant. This opportunity offers hands‑on experience in B2B Sales, relationship management, and consulting.
EWI are an International Specialist in Renewable Energy and Infrastructure and we are solving one of the industry's most pressing problems - hiring. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic talent solutions to our clients who are building the world of tomorrow in the critical infrastructure markets such as Data Centre Construction, Rail and Renewable Energy.
We have offices in Orlando, London, Australia, Krakow, Malaga, Berlin, Dubai and more and offer relocation and international travel for our consultants who meet billling criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify client needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Manage the 360 sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain client relationships.s.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity.
- Attend networking events and functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, or due to graduate within the next two years.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics etc.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Competitive, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a desire to build a long-term career.
