Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the planning, management, and delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to final handover.
- Develop and maintain effective controls for project budgets, resource allocation, programme management, commissioning activities, and overall project performance.
- Establish and implement robust CSA project execution plans, including reporting structures, document control processes, and scheduling methodologies to support efficient delivery.
- Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, design teams, and project management stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates on progress, commercial performance, key risks, and project milestones.
- Champion health and safety initiatives across all CSA activities, ensuring full compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control efforts, driving continuous improvement and ensuring all works meet or exceed project specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, and wider construction teams to ensure seamless integration of CSA packages and successful achievement of programme objectives.
Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience leading CSA packages on major data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction projects for a main contractor.
- Strong technical knowledge of CSA construction processes, project sequencing, and multidisciplinary coordination within complex, fast-track environments.
- Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships across multiple phases of construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive project outcomes and maintain high-performance standards.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on safety, quality, budget, and programme delivery.
