We are seeking a commercially driven 360 Private Equity Recruiter
This is an opportunity for someone with a background in Energy Finance, Energy Trading, Power Trading, Commodities, Investment Banking, M&A, Infrastructure Finance or Renewable Energy Finance to take ownership of a specialist desk.
Backed by an established international brand, you will play a key role in developing new business, expanding client partnerships within one of our most exciting sectors in global recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow EWI's Energy Transition Private Capital practice.
- Build relationships with private equity firms, infrastructure funds, asset managers, investment banks and advisory businesses.
- Deliver retained and contingent search assignments across investment, M&A and leadership functions.
- Partner with portfolio companies and investor-backed businesses operating within renewable energy, utilities and infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities to introduce EWI's wider search and recruitment capabilities across investor networks and portfolio companies.
- Build a strong market presence and establish long-term strategic client relationships.
- Contribute to future team growth and leadership initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience in either:
- Private Equity
- Portfolio
- Advisory
- Asset & Wealth Management
- Demonstrated success in full 360 Recruitment.
- Self-motivated, mature and highly professional.
- A collaborative approach with a team-first mentality.
