We are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious professionals in the York region, who will become an important part of our Franchise.

Key Responsibilities:
- To create and nurture a client base in your own \’patch\’.
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities whilst maintaining client relationships.
- Manage the sale process from valuation to completion!
- Working alongside the Business Owners to maximise the overall income and profitability.
- Adopt a positive and motivational approach to stimulate a culture of professional behavior and customer care at all times.
- Be willing to “roll your sleeves up” and do whatever makes “you” and “the company” successful.
- Arrange and attend viewings, providing an industry-leading experience to our customers.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
- A passion for providing exceptional levels of service is vital.
- Proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships is key.
- Confident communication skills both personable and professional.
